 Average Price Trends for the Central Okanagan

Here are 3 graphs each displaying the same information over different periods of time. They show the average price of a residential home in the

Central Okanagan area of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. They each have a trend line added to show the trend for that period.

The first graph is for the period starting Jan. 2008 and ending Jan.2012. It shows a declining trend in the average price over that period.

The second graph is for the period startaing Jan. 2009 and ending Jan. 2012. It shows a modest increasing trend in the avearage prices.

The final graph shows us another declining trend in the average prices for the period starting Jan. 2010 and ending Jan. 2012.
